It’s done!
A year of reflecting, playing, destroying, making, appreciating skill, futures thinking, listening, visiting, reading, seeing, watching and noticing has been synthesised and handed in!
Studying for my MA in Textiles at Manchester School of Art is over. It has gone so fast but has been brilliant! And now I think a few thank yous are needed.
Thank you to my fellow MA students, what a year!
Thank you to all the staff of Manchester School of Art, you have been amazing!
Thank you to the Bernard and Frieda Clowes Textiles Scholarship, who have helped fund my studies, I am incredibly grateful.
Thank you for the support of all my friends, new and old, (old as in time, not age!).
And a huge thank you to my family, especially my husband and daughter, I could not have done my MA without your support.
Below are some highlights from my year of studying.
Looking forward to seeing what happens next! xx
Playing with lost wax casting.
Destroying.
Visiting Copenhagen.
Playing with Indigo dyeing.
Reflecting on things I’ve read.
Finding my flow with plants.
And celebrating the hand in with some bubbles!
